LG E906

Korean LG is going to release one more smartphone with operational system Windows Phone 7. This became known to attentive users who found on the producer's official site XML file with the smartphone E906 description. The company portfolio already has one WP7 smartphone with the index E900 - Optimus 7. The close names of the two devices will hint at their similarity. Besides, here their similarity does not end - smartphone XML files are almost identical and differ only in some points including the model number and the browser version. In original LG Optimus 7 IE7 is used, while the new LG E906 will be equipped with more modern browser IE9.  All this allows us to think that between the smartphones there is a very close connection. Most sources consider that LG E906 will most probably become LG Optimus 7 renewed version equipped with the newest operational syste, Windows Phone 7 Mango. On the other hand this all can be a simple coincidence. LG E906 can be an independent device which has no relation to LG E 906.
