Unfortunately the author did not present any images of the device, so we shall trust the author for word.
Nokia Lumia 900 - is a new model on the Windows Phone OS, most likely the device will be released after the release of the Windows Phone Tango version, as the existing prototypes run on the Tango basis. Therefore the Lumia release shall be expected in the first or second semester of the 2012.

That is not surprising, since as it is expected the Nokia Lumia 900 will have a 4.3 inches display (480x800 pixels, AMOLED, Clear Black). The author also states that the model Nokia Lumia 900 runs on a processor with the 1.4 GgHz frequency. It is expected the Nokia Lumia 900 to be equipped with a 8 megapixels built in camera on the back panel and a frontal camera for video calls.
