Designers cannot stop thinking that all people should be able to use mobile phones, even those with limited abilities.

One of these concepts solving the given problem is Tactility - the phone aimed at blind people. The authorship belongs to Toshiba Company which gives us a chance that this phone can appear in real life. It is know that Japanese companies are experts in matters like this. It is clear that this kind of mobile phone does not have a display and all the surface is given to specially created keypad where the letters and numbers are written by Braille code. In the lower part of the mobile phone Toshiba Tactility is placed a special slot for the strap. It is a possibility that this kind of phones will sooner or later appear on sale.
