London analytical company ABI Research published its new research according to which the percentage of smartphones market will increase from 10 per cent in 2007 to 31 per cent in 2013. This grows will be supported by profit increase for suppliers for additional services and also general tendency to integrate smart operational systems in the average class devices.

This kind of systems, as the analytics identify, continue to be optimized for less powerful processors. This is a strategic solution for OS for one processor devices of wide assortment. At present Nokia (52 per cent) and Symbian (65 per cent) lead at the mobile market. But active rivalry  between different Linux distributions and Windows Mobile which strengthens its positions give the new players the possibility to take their place at this market.
Also there is a tendency to increase mobile devices possibilities regarding user’s interface. We suppose that such technologies as LCD displays , sensor panels, medical sensors and tactile systems will become central in smartphones functions.
